Description

The FLATIF project, Fashion Languages and Terminologies across Italian and French, studies the terminology of fashion in the period 1880-1980 in French and Italian. This dataset provides a sample of 16 issues of 8 fashion magazines (in .txt format) published between 1901 and 1945 in France. The files were obtained from the Gallica website of the BnF – Bibliothèque nationale de France (https://gallica.bnf.fr/accueil/fr/html/accueil-fr) and they have been reworked for corpus analysis.
