Supplementary data file containing the following sheets: a) Metabolomic dataset resulting from UHPLC-HRMS analysis containing all the annotated plasma metabolites and a chemical enrichment-based plot built; b) Unsupervised cluster tree (A) and sparse-Partial Least Squares discriminant analysis (s-PLS-DA) score plot (B) carried out considering the metabolomic profile of the different plasma samples; c) Cumulative and effect-specific VIP2 values for the 50 compounds showing the largest contribution for the interaction Trt×Phase factor related to the AMOPLS model, together with OPLS-DA score plot.
