Steps to reproduce

The published dataset contains processed raw data from the instrumental platform namely ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) based on the mass spectrometer Orbitrap Exploris 120. The annotated compounds have been extrapolated from the MS-DIAL 4.90 version.
